Terms for rental items.

Rental Fee & Refundable Deposit:

Rental fee is due to hold item(s) for date of event and refundable deposit is due at pick-up/delivery. Deposit will be refunded upon return of all undamaged rental items to “L & J’s Lasting Impressions” Any rental item not returned or damaged will incur an additional fee.

Delivery & Set Up/Tear down & Pick Up:

Delivery and setup/tear down & pick up of rental items can be provided for venues within a 15-mile radius of our location for a $25.00 fee. Anything outside the 15 mile radius will incur an additional cost to be determined based on mileage. Items will be delivered at a time to be agreed upon with the client. It is your responsibility to have someone available to receive delivery. Set up is provided for our floral/rental items. Upon arrival we will proceed in placing any decorations in their specified location. If the venue is not fully prepared for set up and items cannot be placed at that time, items will be left with instructions given to the designated person delegated by the client. If no one is at the venue at the time of delivery, or we cannot gain entrance one attempt will be made to make contact with the client/designated alternate contact.

If unsuccessful items will be returned to our work location. At that point the responsibility of the delivery then becomes yours. We cannot be held responsible for delays or incomplete decor due to tardiness on the part of the client.

The client is responsible for ensuring the rules regarding decoration/floral placement for the venue are adhered to.
